Nick Moore Consulting is a deliberately small studio: no account managers, no juniors learning on your project, no telephone game between "the business person" and "the developers."
The studio is led by Nick Moore, a full-stack engineer who has shipped production platforms for regulated industries, built and operated live AI products, and designed AI systems for supply chain and retail operations.
We don't sell hours; we sell working software with a written scope and a fixed price. We build our own products with the same hands:Stocastic,Narralogy, and a few things that exist purely because they were fun, which keeps our judgment honest. We know what production costs to run because we pay those bills too.
Every project ships with documentation, deployment guides, and full code ownership. Our clients can leave anytime. So far, that's exactly why they stay.

How this site is built
The same way we build for clients. Astro and Tailwind compiled to static HTML on Cloudflare's edge, zero client frameworks outside two form components and the showroom demo, and every animation budgeted in bytes. The table below is generated by the build itself on every deploy: it cannot go stale and it cannot lie.
